XCAP Abuse

XCAP has a central abuse handling feature, where users can report content as abusive. Moderators are alerted to the reports in XCAP Admin, and can respond by removing the offensive content or even by banning the abusive user.

Typical Setup

We strongly recommend to add abuse reporting to all content posted by users. Some of our clients have chosen to rely on abuse reporting as only moderation.
